All wearable art, custom pieces, preloved fashion, accessories, and rentals are final sale.
Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind work, I do not accept returns on worn or used items.
In limited cases, store credit only may be offered if an item is unworn, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
Store credit does not apply to rentals, fashion, wearable art, or custom work.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, Talisman Hats, Soul Threads readings, bespoke wearable art, and personalized offerings are final sale.
Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun or delivery has been completed.
If you have questions before ordering a custom piece, please reach out to ensure clarity and alignment prior to purchase.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital offerings, including Soul Threads readings and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once delivered.
Due to the personalized and non-tangible nature of digital work, refunds or exchanges are not available after the file or written work has been sent.
