A Celebration of Community, Creativity, and Shared Light
The Giving Grove is a heartfelt, community-rooted art project created to infuse the holiday season with warmth, generosity, and handmade beauty. Each decoration is lovingly crafted from upcycled, nature-inspired, or artistically reimagined materials — a reflection of Shelley’s belief that simple things, when made with intention, can carry immense meaning.
Every ornament becomes a small blessing for the tree: dried oranges glowing like tiny suns, woodland textures gathered from the Northwoods, eco-dyed ribbons, paper feathers, rustic twine, tiny messages of hope, and whimsical charms that feel like wishes hung gently on a branch. The decorations are designed to be approachable, heartfelt, and personal — the kind of ornaments that invite people to pause, smile, and feel the spirit of giving.
At its core, The Giving Grove is more than a decorated tree. It is a communal offering. Guests and visitors are invited to contribute, take inspiration, exchange handmade pieces, or simply receive the joy woven into every detail. It is a place where generosity becomes tangible, where art becomes an act of kindness, and where the holiday season is celebrated through connection rather than consumption.
The Giving Grove stands as a living installation of creativity and care — a reminder that when we each add one small, handmade thing, together we create something truly beautiful.
