Exhibit Collection
Presented at Three Lakes Center for the Arts in 2024, Shrine of the Silver Veil featured the full wearable art ensemble of Lirael Lorelight — Fae Bride of the Silver Veil Realm.
This immersive installation centered on a complete silver fae wedding ensemble, styled as a sacred bridal vignette — a layered altar of garment, adornment, and myth.
The collection included the Threaded in Silverlight Bridal Ensemble: gown, cape, crown, wings, and ceremonial elements — hand-altered and intuitively transformed into a cohesive mythic narrative.
Lirael is imagined as a bride who walks between worlds — a woman drawn to synchronicity, sovereignty, and enchantment. The work invites the viewer not simply to see a dress, but to step into a story. It is bridal as awakening. Ceremony as embodiment.
Each piece was created using reclaimed materials, layered textures, and symbolic detailing — reflecting Shelley Novotny’s commitment to sustainable transformation and sacred design.
This ensemble was exhibited as fine art and remains available for acquisition.
