Event Planner & Creative Curator
As Event Planner, I conceived, designed, and produced Wildcraft: Mystic & Brew—overseeing the event from vision to execution. My role included developing the overall concept and atmosphere, curating workshops, performers, and vendors, coordinating logistics and scheduling, and guiding the flow of the day to ensure an immersive and cohesive experience.
I worked closely with local artists, makers, musicians, and healers to create a welcoming, intentional gathering that balanced structure with organic movement. From space layout and sensory details to participant experience and community engagement, every element was thoughtfully orchestrated to support connection, creativity, and collective magic.
Venue & Co-Collaborator: Cira’s Red White & Brew
Cira’s Red White & Brew served as both venue and co-collaborator for Wildcraft: Mystic & Brew, providing the welcoming setting that allowed the experience to unfold naturally and communally. Their space offered an open, relaxed atmosphere where art, music, ritual, and gathering could coexist with ease.

Beyond hosting, Cira’s partnered in shaping the event’s flow—supporting logistics, hospitality, and the integration of food and beverage into the overall experience. Their commitment to community, creativity, and local connection helped ground the event, making Wildcraft feel less like a production and more like a shared celebration.

.Wildcraft: Mystic & Brew
Immersive Folk Magic Gathering
Wildcraft: Mystic & Brew is an immersive celebration of folk magic, earth-rooted artistry, and ancestral spirit. Designed as a living ritual and communal hearth, this experience weaves together witchy workshops, live music, handmade offerings, mystical rituals, and interactive art installations.
Guests are invited to sip, shop, and spellcast—moving freely between creative expression, sensory experience, and soulful connection. Local makers, artists, and healers anchor the day, creating a marketplace of intention, craft, and care that honors both tradition and contemporary magic.
Costumes are encouraged, participation is embodied, and presence is part of the ritual. Wildcraft is not simply an event—it is a shared act of remembrance, creativity, and community alchemy.
