At the heart of PrideFest 2025, Shelley Novotny Studio opened its doors for a vibrant, joy-filled fusion of art, identity, and celebration. The “Spectrum of Love Photo Op” was more than a photoshoot—it was a living, breathing love letter to self-expression and community.
Guests were invited to play and pose in bold, handcrafted garments, radiant headpieces, and magical accessories designed by Shelley—each piece a wearable story steeped in color, texture, and symbolism. With Amanda Anderson behind the lens, the studio transformed into a realm of imagination and transformation.
What happens when you combine a studio full of expressive humans, wild styling, and creative freedom? Pure magic. These spontaneous portraits capture not just outfits—but energy, embodiment, and the beauty of becoming. Every guest stepped into a character, a feeling, a mood—turning the space into a kaleidoscope of authenticity.
Just outside, the “Weave with Us” installation invited festival-goers to tie a ribbon, share their colors, and quite literally weave themselves into the fabric of the community.
